SHIPPING POLICY
We are currently shipping items out within 5 - 7 business days.
All orders are sent via USPS.

Loss of packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is not covered. In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided, once the item has been returned to Bizzee Body LLC, it will only be reshipped once the shipping has been paid in full by the customer again.

Bizzee Body LLC is not responsible for any delays once the packages has been handed off to the USPS but will make every effort to assist in resolving the delay.

Bizzee Body LLC is not responsible for any misplaced packages delivered by USPS.
RETURN POLICY
All products are FINAL SALE

We gladly accept exchanges of products that arrive damaged or defective.
Contact us within: 3 days of receiving your order. Include photos with a detailed description of the damage.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of online orders must be made within 24 hours of order. In person purchases are not eligible for cancellation.

It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Please be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. All products are for external use only. Bizzee Body LLC is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that result from the use/misuse of our products.
